Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Long Beach, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Long Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Long Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I've had a lot of poke bowls across the country, but unfortunately this wasn't one of the better ones. The poke bowl comes in a rectangular takeout container which kind of takes away from the immersion. It is a nice reusable container though. The bowl wasn't mixed at all. The white rice, not sushi/vinegar rice, was on the side and all the sauces and toppings are on the other. The tuna was not cubed, rather, mushed. Also note that there is an extremely large price jump between medium and large. The staff are very friendly though.

We've had lunch here twice during our trip and it has been excellent both times. We would highly recommend this for a great lunch or dinner. Quick and friendly service as well.

First time here and I live around there corner. I dont know what took me so long. The lady behind the counter was friendly, answered our question with ease. They had alot to choose from and everything looked very fresh. I had the spicy tuna mixed with regular tuna, let me just say the spicy was spicy, as least for me. The add ins that I indulged in made for a very tasty bowl. My wife added Chili oil and itreally got hot but she enjoyed every bite. Also offer a noodle station, ice creams and some yummy drinks. The have restrooms for customers only. The place is small but quaint, decent amount of tables. I would recommend if your craving poke. You will not leave hungry

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Poke Bar – Long Beach I just had an amazing experience at Poke Bar in Long Beach. The place is clean, the ingredients are super fresh, and the portions are solid. You can taste the quality in every bite β€” the salmon and tuna were perfect, and the toppings were crisp and flavorful. The customer service was also on point. The staff was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The atmosphere is relaxed, modern, and perfect for a quick meal or hanging out for a bit. If you’re looking for a spot with great flavor, fresh seafood, and top-tier service, Poke Bar in Long Beach is definitely worth it. I’ll be coming back for sure. Highly recommend! πŸ™ŒπŸ£πŸ₯—
